Simon has a financial background but has been in operational and leadership roles for the last 15 years. He has a deep understanding of the commercials of running a transport business, best process, utility and the optimisation of capital.

John brings a broad range of business, governance, and commercial knowledge to our board, having banked many large transport operators over the years and is now a major shareholder in MOGO, Mackley Carriers, NZ Ship, and International Cargo Systems.

Dave is the father of MOGO, having written the very first instance, and has a broad range of experience in both systems and operations. His enthusiasm for the sector and software makes him an indispensable team member who effortlessly communicates with our technical team and our customer’s operational team.

Udana is responsible for our scoping and project management. Essentially he has to take the ideas rattling around Simon's and our customers minds and ensure they are presented to our team in an effective manner.

Graeme has a broad range of experience in the development and SaaS world and is responsible for our development team. He is the person we trust to solve our TMS challenges in the most effective manner, ensure the team is thriving, and the system remains best in class.

Damien "Damo" is one of our seniors and a keen Walnut farmer in his spare time. He is mainly focused on our backend meaning the clever things you do not see. He is of course also very capable at the front end when required.

Thomas is focused on our Mobility solutions, and largely our front-end features. As a senior he can do it all but that's where he spends most of his time.

Mahesh is the OG of our development team. We have enjoyed seeing him arrive on day one and grow into a tremendously valuable senior. Mahesh finds himself working on all aspects of our code and is the go-to when we want to blame anyone for things that happened 4 years ago!

Sam is our resident Scooter rider and the brains behind our billing capabilities. Whilst he is very capable at most things his knowledge of freight billing and cost reporting is second to none.

Always full of enthusiasm and a can do attitude, Wesli drives our mobility forward, and has a passion for upgrading technologies and trying new things. Wesli's knowledge base expands every day and he is never far away from making us chuckle.

Trevor "Trev" has a background in the Transport sector. The combination of real world understanding, and strong development skills is rare and appreciated. Trev looks after our infrastructure, front end code, and has fast become our visual planning expert.

Paul is an avid runner and finds a perverse pleasure competing in MMA at the weekends! As the person responsible for all of our QA and testing he has a job few envy but he excels at!
